I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner spectacular. The resort's location is stunning, but be prepared for a somewhat isolated spot. The dining options were reasonable, and the pool area was relaxing and never too crowded. I felt welcomed and would definitely return for another visit.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a large freestanding bath, separate toilet, separate shower, and Jack & Jill vanity area with luxurious Estée Lauder toiletries. The towels hanging far from the shower is a slight inconvenience, and being in a building away from the main building makes it a bit disconnected. Despite being discounted, the prices are still on the pricey side.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were spacious and so beautifully set up, with the most comfortable bed we've ever experienced. The golf cart provided was a brilliant touch given the expansive resort layout. The service was top-notch, especially when it came to organizing a spectacular birthday dinner. The location had its charms, with some delightful treats like muffins and crescents, and a stunning beautiful spa. The dining options were impressive, and the facilities were exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very nice and comfortable with great views of the water and island, although they didn't have much of a view from some angles. The service was exceptional, with staff members going out of their way to please and ensuring that every need and wish was met. The location was amazing, picturesque with easy access to the beach, but a bit far from Hamilton. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of options, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised when the manager upgraded us to a 2-bedroom suite. The resort's isolated location made it a bit challenging to get taxis for dinner, but the pool area was always peaceful and never too crowded. The food at the hotel was decent, but I highly recommend trying out Waterlot and Little Venice for dining. Despite being at full capacity, the hotel never felt overcrowded, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
